Yandara Yoga Teacher Training in Bali

This year Yandara will be offering our popular training in Bali,Indonesia. This course is 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified. It will be limited to 14 students.

Tuition (19-day/200 Hour Certification) is $3250.00. This price includes tuition, meals and accommodation (based on double occupancy).

Sample of Daily 19 day Yoga Teacher Training Schedule
7:00 AM to 9:00 AM: Practice and Instruction of yoga flow and walking and sitting meditation.

9:00 AM: Tea and fruit.

9:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Yoga Class:Teacher Training Practice and Instruction.

12:30 PM: Brunch: Delicious  vegetarian meals are served buffet style.

1:30 PM 6:00 PM: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Student teaching time,Individual and group instruction.

1:30 PM to 4:00 PM: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: Student teaching time, Individual and group instruction.

4:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday; group and individual communication and presentation skills.

6:00 PM: Dinner: Delicious  vegetarian meals  are served buffet style.

7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: Satsang: meditation, music and kirtan , yoga philosophy and discussion

This will be the Monday through Saturday schedule. Other activities will be available Sundays.
