Yandara 16 Day Yoga Teacher Training Program
Bali, Indonesia
Yandara is again offering its popular Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia. Our residential retreat style program is 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified and limited to 20 students.
Shane Perkins and Sarasvati Young are the lead instructors for the July and August Bali Trainings at Shangrila Resort, www.bali-shangrila.com.

Tuition (16-day/200 Hour Certification) for the Bali Yoga Teacher Training is $3,760.00. This price includes tuition, meals and accommodation (based on double occupancy).

Daily Schedule
| 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM: |
Practice and Instruction of yoga flow and walking and sitting meditation. |
| 9:00 AM: | Herbal tea, papaya, banana and trail mix. Oatmeal is served every other day |
| 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM: | Yoga Class: Teacher Training Practice and Instruction. |
| 12:30 PM: | Brunch: Delicious vegetarian meals are served buffet style. |
| 1:30 PM 6:00 PM: | Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Student teaching time, Individual and group instruction. |
| 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM: | Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: Student teaching time, Individual and group instruction. |
| 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM: | Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday; group and individual communication and presentation skills. |
| 6:00 PM: Dinner: | Delicious vegetarian meals are served buffet style. |
| 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: | Satsang: meditation, music and kirtan, yoga philosophy and discussion. Please note: Jaya Band will not be performing in Bali. |
