Yandara now offers Reiki Certification Trainings to advance your yoga teaching abilities. Reiki is a simple, hands-on, energy balancing technique, easily learned by anyone, that promotes stress-reduction, health and healing. Reiki means "universal life force" in Japanese, and it is the energy that flows through the practitioner's hands during a Reiki session. Reiki greatly enhances the yoga teaching experience. Reiki heightens the intuitive awareness of the yoga teacher and enhances the ability to give yoga assists. Although spiritual in nature, Reiki is not a religion. Anyone can learn and benefit from Reiki regardless of belief or faith. These Reiki trainings are ideal for those who want to learn Reiki for personal use and for those who want to become Reiki Practitioners and give Reiki to others. Reiki complements all healing art practices like yoga, meditation, reflexology and massage.
In Reiki Level I, you will learn how to facilitate a full Reiki Healing Session on yourself and on others, and receive Reiki Level I Certification. In Reiki Level II, you will deepen the Reiki practice, learn the Reiki symbols, Distance Reiki and receive Reiki Level II Certification.
In Reiki Level III, you will receive the Reiki Master symbol for use in Reiki sessions, learn Aura Clearing Techniques, Reiki Crystals, Dowsing and Chakra Balancing by use of a pendulum, and receive Reiki Level III Certification. In the Reiki Master Level Class, you will receive three additional Reiki Master symbols to use while passing Reiki Attunements, learn how to pass Reiki Healing Attunements and Reiki Level I, II, III and Master Attunements, learn how to structure a Reiki Level I, I, III and Master Class and receive Reiki Master Certification.

Reiki is an ancient hands-on healing art that restores the flow of vital life force energy to the body, mind and spirit. During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels vital energy (prana, chi or ki) from Source to the client to assist the client's body in its own innate healing process. Benefits of Reiki include stress reduction and relaxation, restoration at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, healing of acute and chronic illnesses, balancing of the endocrine (hormonal) and nervous systems, release of emotional and spiritual blockages and an increase in vitality, joy and creativity. Reiki is a very gentle, nurturing and non-invasive form of holistic health. Reiki adapts to the needs of the individual, making each session unique unto its own.
Using electronic, thermal and radioactive testing, modern research and technology proves that there is continual flow of life force energy coursing through the body. It is the energy that sustains all life. When this energy is unbalanced, one experiences illness and disease at the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual levels. When this energy is balanced, one experiences health and vitality. Reiki balances our life force energy and promotes optimal health.
Reiki and Yoga: Reiki enhances yoga and meditation practice. Reiki increases the life force energy (prana) of the yoga teacher, assisting the teacher in becoming a radiant, living example of health. Reiki enhances hands-on yoga assists as well as the intuitive perception of the yoga teacher, so that the teacher can more clearly understand the yoga students' individual needs. For the yoga teacher who practices Reiki, an increased amount of vital energy (prana) inevitably flows into the yoga class, which assists the yoga students in understanding their own connection to prana. Reiki enhances meditation, and assists the yoga teacher in guiding group meditation.
We Look Forward To Sharing The Joy of Reiki With You.
