Kate Moll RYT-200
Kate doesn't believe that there's such thing as "doing" yoga, but rather yoga--the state of union in unconditional love--is what we all are in our true nature. She believes that coming to the mat with the practice of asana is one of the most beautiful ways that we can celebrate the union of our hearts and the integration of all five bodies--physical, vital, emotional, intellectual and bliss. Together, the practices of pranayama, asana, meditation, ahimsa, seva and most importantly learning to allow and be with a wide open heart have supported Kate to truly experience the oneness and greatness that we share while honoring the individual lights within. She also enjoys freeing the voice and heart through ecstatic chant, or kirtan.
Before moving to Mexico in 2009 to teach with Yandara, Kate lived in New York City where she learned how to find her breath and grounding off the mat and amidst the sometimes chaotic chatter of city life. Her background is in vinyasa flow, Jivamukti, and Ashtanga yoga. She is in a ever deep state of gratitude for her teachers, especially Sri Dharma Mittra, Sharon Gannon, David Life, Sri Pattabhi Jois, Dana Flynn, Alicia Rambo-Wozniak, all of the amazing teachers within the Yandara family, and all of her students.
Love is everywhere.

Sarasvati Rose RYT 200
Sarasvati Rose teaches at both 16 day and 26 day training. She came upon Yandara with her family in December 2007. Her style and energy in the classroom has blossomed into a union of inner strength and surrender. She has had the pleasure of studying mantra and kirtan with her mother, a bhakti musician who is a member of Yandara’s kirtan band, Jaya. Sarasvati brings mantra and kirtan into the classroom and at the evening satsang gatherings. Her receptive and joyful nature invites exploration on the mat, and a playful outlook on life. Humbled by the experiences life and Yandara have offered her, her classes have a strong focus on the present moment, and a deep gratitude for every step of the way. More than anything, she believes in the power of a group, where each individual puts the best parts of themselves forward to heal the Earth and all beings. Inspired by the transformations she sees in the students at Yandara, she happily continues to teach yoga, and looks forward to meeting you!

Amber Young E-RYT 200
Amber Young has co- taught with Allison Eaton in over 14 Yandara teacher trainings, and holds an E-RYT (certified yoga teacher trainer with Yoga Alliance). She was introduced to the yogic concepts at a young age by her mother Mercy, a bhakti yoga kirtan musician, as well as a certified yoga instructor. Amber started practicing asana at age 20, and has now been practicing for over 8 years. An athlete her whole life, Amber's style of teaching has a strong emphasis on alignment, energy, and dynamic movement. She also works with yin yoga, meditation, mudra, and affirmation, and enjoys bringing laughter into her classes. As well as being a certified yoga instructor. She has enjoyed living in Baja, Mexico for 3 1/2 years and offers yoga classes in Spanish to the local public.

Ellen Kaye RYT
Born and raised in Colorado, Ellen has a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors. From the moment she began practicing yoga, she realized the potential for nurturing the same sense of serenity she finds on a mountain top, on the mat. Most inspired by the practice of Anusara Yoga, Ellen strives to balance alignment and technique with the first principle of Anusara yoga, "Opening to Grace." Her love for Anusara yoga sparked her desire to teach.
With an extensive background in movement, music and theater, Ellen encourages her students to find the dance within their practice. Having studied theater at (Academia Del'Arte, Italy), modern dance (Trinity College, CT), vocal performance(Roy Hart Institute of Voice, France) and many forms of theater she brings a strong understanding of the mind body connection to yoga.
She approaches yoga the same way she approaches theater: learn the form, create the space, and the heart will flourish from the inside out.
