Today, humanity needs healing on mind, body, heart and soul levels. During this immersion, renowned Indian Siddha Yoga Master Swami Nardanand will share meditations that assist you in awakening your Divine energy and your highest potential. This meditation course is comprehensively structured and suitable for yoga and meditation teachers who wish to learn more about meditation and how to allow that to influence a spiritual awakening for themselves and for their students. Please note although there will be short periods learning how to teach various meditation practices, this is an experiential training that deepens your meditation practice, so that you can share meditation based on first-hand experience. To be the  best yoga teacher there are two qualities that you need: the technical teaching skills, and the life experience that makes you a living example of what yoga can do for us. The time you take to meditate and focus on your own awakening over these 9 days, along with the teachings and support you’ll receive from Swami Nardanand and Swami Tapasya Ma, will greatly enhance your yoga and meditation teaching career and your life in general.

Upon completion of this course, yoga teachers that already have their 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification will receive 100 hours toward their Advanced 300 hour Yoga Alliance Certification with Yandara Yoga Institute. This course may also be taken by non-teachers, simply to deepen your ability to meditate. No experience is necessary.

Prerequisite: We welcome all dedicated yoga students/teachers who are interested in enhancing their meditation skills. If you have previously completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved teacher training, you will be able to use this training towards Yandara’s 300hr advanced program.

At our Baja, Mexico location we offer a few different choices for accommodation.

Deluxe Tents

The majority of yogis that attend our Teacher Training choose to stay in our deluxe tents. These are big tents that most people are able to stand up in. Each tent has a normal twin size bed and mattress, a small set of drawers and a lamp. Bed linens are provided, but we do not provide a bath towel. Comfortable and yet still close to nature. We like to call it luxury camping. For couples we can offer a larger tent with a larger bed. We have 6 bathrooms and 8 showers on our campus.

Yandara Cabana

The Yandara cabana has a full size bed. This cabana does have a private bathroom.
