Yandara 16 Day Yoga Teacher Training Program

Yandara’s 16 day yoga teacher training program is 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified. The program is limited to 16 students ensuring the personal attention Yandara is known for.

The lead instructors for the program are Shane Perkins and Kate Moll (Allison Eaton and Craig Perkins are lead teachers for June 25th training). See all bios on "Teaching Faculty" page.

Tuition (16-day/200 Hour Certification) is $2,630.00. This price includes tuition, meals and accommodation. Please see "Registration" page for details.

Daily Schedule

Monday through Saturday

6:30 AM to 9:00 AM:	Practice and Instruction of yoga flow and walking and sitting meditation.
9:00 AM:	Herbal tea, papaya, banana and trail mix. Oatmeal is served every other day.
9:30 AM to 12:30 PM:	Yoga Class:Teacher Training Practice and Instruction.
12:30 PM:	Brunch: Delicious vegetarian meals are served buffet style.
2:00 PM to 6:00 PM:	Student Practice Teaching & Workshop and Communication/ Presentation Skills Workshop
6:00 PM:	Dinner: Delicious vegetarian meals (which include dairy and eggs) are served buffet style.
7:30 PM to 9:15 PM:	Satsang: meditation, music, kirtan, yoga philosophy and discussion

 

Sunday Schedule

7:00 AM	Practice and Instruction of yoga flow, and walking and sitting meditation.
9:00 AM	Herbal tea, papaya, banana and trail mix. Oatmeal is served every other day.
9:30 AM	Taxis provided to Todos Santos for Meditation 10AM to 11:30PM then free time and lunch. (Students will be expected to pay for their lunches on Sundays). There are great restaurants in Todos Santos.
2:30 PM	Taxis return to Yandara.
3:00 PM to 6:00 PM	Student Practice Teaching & Workshop and Communication/ Presentation Skills Workshop
6:00 PM	Dinner
7:30 PM	Yoga Movies
